At Providence, every employee is called a caregiver. No matter what role each of us plays, from working in a hospital or provider office to support services, our work is more than a job – it’s a calling.
Our caregivers are the driving force behind all that we do. We offer to create a work experience where our caregivers are inspired to carry on our Mission, guided by five core values: Compassion, Dignity, Justice, Excellence, and Integrity.
Our ritual of beginning meetings at Providence with a reflection allows us to center ourselves on the deeper meaning of the work we’re doing at Providence.
As we pursue innovative ways to transform healthcare, our focus continues to remain compassionate care for patients and each other. Our promise to our caregivers and patients is – Know me, care for me, ease my way.
We work at the intersection of innovation and compassion. Our culture helps solidify a nurturing and caring organization where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued. We thrive by hiring right & developing for the future. We care for the whole person - mind, body & spirit – total health matters to us.
We take pride in supporting local communities in the areas of women’s and children’s health, and elder care. We have supported the supply of equipment to local NGOs and hospitals towards cancer care for children, COVID relief and palliative care. We work closely with the Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) to support women’s safety initiatives such as SHE Shuttle services in the Cyberabad region. The State of Telangana has recognized Providence India for its contribution towards COVID relief work in Hyderabad. We will continue to give our means, time, and energy to support projects and community initiatives aligned to our vision of ‘Health for a Better World’.

LEAP (Learn, Excel and Accelerate at Providence) – a specialized internship program, is meant to take new campus interns through a well-structured program and get an opportunity to experience Providence closely, be part of our culture, interact with leaders and can get ready to join us post completion of their studies. The program helps interns assimilate into the organization way before they are ready to be onboarded as FTEs.
PEAK (Pursuing Excellence and Knowledge) is an extensive onboarding campus hire program designed to empower young caregivers as they begin their journey with Providence India. PEAK gears caregivers for smooth campus to corporate transitions, and arms them with a variety of technical and functional skills, delivered through a combination of training, leadership talks and social connects.
At Providence India, we not only have an open-door policy, but also regular leadership connects and coffee chats where caregivers can interact with leaders in an informal setting, get to know their journeys and feel inspired with their success stories and lessons. We also have structured mentorship programs that offer caregivers the opportunity to get coached by leaders and managers.
